What is the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program?
You’ll learn the "How", the "When", and the "Where" through a powerful, practical and personalized protocol and interactive sessions.
Session 1 - 30 min:
You will complete a Mind-Body Health Questionnaire and understand what your personal mind-body makeup or Dosha is.
Session 2 – 60 to 90 min - You will be introduced to:

The three primary mind-body personalities: Vata, Pitta, Kapha

How to create an Ayurvedic daily routine or Dinacharya

How to select and use the most nourishing foods for your personality

How to rekindle your digestive fire

Practices such as oil pulling, self-massage with oil, tongue scraping, drinking warm water, spices to aid in digestion, intermittent fasting, walking after meals, eating seasonally and more
Session 3 - 60 to 90 min - Follow-Up Consultation
We will gauge improvements and make any changes to protocols.
Follow-ups usually take place once a month following session 2, so that adjustments and additions will be made to any prior recommendations, as needed.
